Quality Meats...While You Wait

I'm not sure if you can read the sign on the facade of the building without enlarging this one. (Oh, you can click on the photo to enlarge it if you want...but the sign says "Four State Meat Processing." On a recent band trip, my boys thought there is just something not right about the choice of location that this meat market made. It does make me a bit uncomfortable to ask for 80% lean ground rump roast...
