Wasting Advertising Dollars?
This has puzzled me for a couple years, maybe someone can explain what this is for me. On the north side of Neodesha, KS on the same hilltop as the water tower, is this thing that looks somewhat like a billboard. However, there is no way to read it. It could be an old drive-in theater screen, but I can't find a road to get up the hill to it. If it were some kind of solar panel, I think it would be angled toward the sun. Any ideas?

It is an old drive-in. The land is owned by Gene & Bud Bailey of Bailey oil. The road to it is off of Million Dollar Road but it is blocked off from the public.
The old drive-in was East of Neodesha and is now an auto salvage. Doesn't really pay to build a drive-in on a wooded hill anyway.
